Problems Checking Out?

If you are having difficulting checking out that is not related to a declined payment method and you are unable to check out, here are some things you can try.

  • Make sure you are using a major web browser.  Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari usually work best.
     
  • Make sure your computer is updated and running a current operating system (Windows 7 or above recommended.  Support for Windows XP has ended)
     
  • Sometimes extensions and plugins in your browser can cause conflicts such as ad blockers, anti-virus plugins, search toolbars, etc.  You should disable these plugins and extensions and try again.
     
  • Try using a different browser other than the one you normally use as it may eliminate the aforementioned plugins.
     
  • Clear the temporary Internet files (cache) in your browser.  You can do this in most browsers by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL or go into the settings of your browser.
