Why CliC Technology?
CliC products have been designed with a patented front connection technology. This technology allows the user to easily put on and take off their glasses and to help the customer to never misplace their glasses.
Where can I get my CliC's RXed?/ Does CliC sell frames only for personalized prescriptions?
All of CliC products have been designed so customers can have their prescriptions put into the frames. CliC does not sell frames only but the lenses on all of our products are designed to easily pop out of the glasses without heat so that they can be RXed for most prescriptions. To get your prescription in CliC readers please purchase them from www.glassesdirect.com.
Can I get replacement lenses for my glasses?
Replacement lenses can be purchased for the CliC Goggles, CliC Sunglass II, and CliC Medical glasses only. You can find these products in the category associated with the glasses for which you want to purchase the replacement lenses.
Do CliCs come with a warranty?
All CliC products have a three month warranty against manufacturer defects. To return your eyewear please contact customerservice@clicgoggles.com and include which product you want to return and why you are requesting to return the product in your email. A copy of your receipt from the purchase must accompany all returns.

Do CliCs come in different sizes/what size should I order?
All CliC glasses are adjustable and one size fits most. The sizes on CliC products do not have a direct correlation to hat size.
For the CliC readers we offer 3 sizes: originals (these fit 90% of the population), longs (1/4 longer extension on the headband) and expandable (for gentlemen with large heads). For CliC goggles the larger size fits most men and the smaller size fits most women and juniors (ages 12-18).
How should I clean my glasses?
All CliC eyewear should be cleaned with a micro fiber cloth. You can use lens cleaners on the lenses. DO NOT submerge the glasses in water.
For CliC Medical splash protection eyewear you can clean the lenses with soap and water or isopropyl alcohol to disinfect.
